1. Who we are
Coatly Painting (“we”, “us”) is a painting business. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use this website, ask for a quote or hire us. Our contact details are at the end.
2. What we collect
When you ask for a quote: your name, phone number, email, suburb and the details of the job, including any photos you send.
When we do the work: your address, access notes and payment details. When you use this website: basic, anonymous analytics such as the pages visited and the kind of device used.
3. How we use it
To prepare your quote, book and carry out the job, invoice you, honour our warranty and, if you agree, ask for a review afterwards. We don’t use it for anything else without asking you first.
5. How long we keep it
Quote requests that don’t go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Job records are kept for seven years for tax and warranty reasons, then deleted.
6. Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where the law allows. Email us and we’ll reply within 30 days.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that don’t follow you across other websites. We don’t use advertising cookies.
