Coatly started in 2011 with one ute and a ladder. Today it’s our own crew of painters, and the same people stay on your job from the first coat to the last.

Every job is run by one of our leads and painted by our own crew, the people below. Ask any of them for their favourite colour.

We’ve grown from one painter to a crew, and added services one at a time, each only once we could do it properly.
2011
One ute, one ladder
Sam starts painting houses around Riverside on weekends, then full time.
2015
The first night job
A café painted overnight so it never had to close. We’ve worked after hours ever since.
2019
Colour visits
Sample boards and test patches on your own walls, because colour cards can’t show your light.
2024
A spray workshop
Cabinet doors are sprayed in a dust-free booth and come back looking factory-made.
